Why
Enclosed seas have surf but no forecast. This board is for that gap.
One word
The board gives a call, not a chart: Flat, Small, Soup, Maybe, Go. Every word comes from a measurement, no commentary added. The size is the wave breaking on the beach; the offshore size is written separately.
Storm window
Surf here lives behind the storm: the wind drops or turns offshore, the waves keep coming for a few hours. The board marks that window.
Logbook
Those who paddle out log the session; if the board was wrong they say so with a photo. As the gap between forecast and reality piles up, tuning happens spot by spot. The logbook trains the board.
Hobby
Public service, pure hobby. No ads, nothing for sale. It stays open so the people who paddle out can find each other.
